1. How do I shop at TLP.com?
   Browse through website and you can choose to choose the unique brand or product range of your choice. Create a new user account and place the products you wish to purchase in your shopping cart.
   
   
2. How do I check the list of my current purchases?
   Click on “My Cart” and you will see the complete list of your current purchases.
   
   
3. How do I complete my purchase?
   After you have registered for a new account and confirmed your purchases in “My Cart”, click “Proceed to Check Out”. Confirm your billing address and shippng address you will then be directed to the respective payment page depending on your chosen mode of payment.
   
   
4. How much do I have to pay for delivery?
   All deliveries will be charged at a flat rate of SGD$6.00. Urgent deliveries will be charged on a case-to-case basis. Delivery charges will be waived for purchases above SGD$100.00.
   
   
5. How do I know that my order went through?
   When your order has been successfully submitted, you will immediately receive a confirmation message. Please log in regularly to check on the status of your purchase.
   
   
6. How long will it take before my orders arrive?
   All orders will take 3 working days to process and to arrive at your desired address.
   
   
7. Do you accept international orders?
   No. The Lifestyle Partnership currently only accepts orders within Singapore only. For international orders, please drop us an email via our online Contact Us form and we will refer you to the respective distributor in your country.
   
   For countries without an authorised distributor, we will try our best to cater to your request with additional charges as quoted from our local shipping services.
   
   
8. Besides ordering via the Internet, can I purchase via other avenues?
   You can purchase our products at all major Guardian Pharmacy outlets, Robinsons Centrepoint, Robinsons Raffles City, John Little Orchard andJohn Little Marina Square.
